Step in early and enhance the conversation to avoid conflicts

So, one of the things I do is help facilitate groups when things maybe aren’t going quite so right, and oftentimes when things aren’t going right, trust decreases.

People are feeling like they’re walking on eggshells and they feel like coalition building. That this person is aligned with this person, and they’re doing this, and leaders are saying we need to have conversations around this.

So, I was just recently working with a group and someone said something that I just admire so much. Because a lot of people are saying, “I don’t feel like we have the time and the energy to be able to address things”. “I just feel as though there’s too much drama.”

So, I had people share what their takeaway was from the day, and a lady said something so interesting to me that I want to share with you.
