My name is Carol Bowser, President of Conflict Management Strategies, and I help organizations of all types, from municipal, to quasi-municipal, to private, to public, to family owned. I help them prevent or address workplace conflict. I do that in a variety of different ways. Teaching, training, speaking, coaching, or a combination of all of those.
Why do I do this?
Because I feel as though we spend way too much time at work and too much life energy for it to be uncomfortable. More than once I’ve had clients say, it’s not the work that’s difficult. They say sometimes it’s a working relationship that’s really difficult. So, I’ve spent the better part of my adult life studying, exploring, working with organizations to prevent or address the conflict that happens in the workplace.
